Ceramic Rubber Composite Liner

[Properties]

1. Using rubber vulcanization technology, the ceramic is embedded in the rubber to form a strong and buffering anti-wear layer.

2. The steel plate with bolt can be vulcanized together with the ceramic &rubber plate, which will be easy for installation.

3. Impact resistance. The board has good cushion performance which can effectively alleviate the impact of ore falling from the high altitude.

4. Not easy to fall off. The composite board is vulcanized as a whole, and each plate has bolts passing through the bottom steel plate, so the welding is very firm.

5. Easy for maintenance. The composite board is more than 60% lighter than the wear-resistant steel plate, so the installation is very convenient.

[Application]

The wear resistant ceramic composite plate is used in high wear parts of mine and mineral processing equipment, such as pipes, tanks, deflectors, scrubbers, overflow inclined walls and loading tanks, hopper, etc.
