What is the Ceramic rubber composite plate ?

Types of Ceramic Rubber Composite Liner?
Ceramic rubber composite panels are divided into two-in-one and three-in-one.

Three-in-one refers to ceramic-rubber-steel composite panels. Three-in-one composite panels come with bolts for easy installation.
The production process of Rubber Backed Alumina Ceramic Liner
Two-in-one: vulcanize the square wear-resistant ceramic lining into the special rubber to form a wear-resistant ceramic rubber composite plate, and then use a special adhesive to bond the composite plate to the inner shell steel plate of the equipment to form a strong and buffering anti-wear layer.
Three-in-one: vulcanize the square or cylindrical wear-resistant ceramic into the rubber, and then use imported adhesives to bond the steel plate together to form a ceramic-rubber-steel composite wear-resistant ceramic rubber composite plate.
Detailed description of product structure
1 ceramic layer
The ceramic layer is mainly made of alumina or ZTA ceramics. It is made of high-quality powder and calcined at high temperature to form special corundum ceramics with a hardness of HRA82 or above. At the same time, according to different working conditions, the production formula and process are adjusted to make the ceramics have certain impact resistance or other characteristics on the basis of high hardness and high wear resistance.

2 Rubber layer
The rubber layer is made of natural rubber with excellent elasticity. Through a special hot vulcanization process, ceramics and rubber are compounded into the steel plate groove under appropriate pressure, temperature and time. The rubber layer can absorb the impact force from the material to a great extent.

3 Steel plate
The bottom of the liner is a 3mm-10mm thick steel plate groove equipped with countersunk bolts, which can be fixed to the equipment by nuts or welding, making it easy to install and replace.
