WEAR RESISTANT CERAMIC TUBE

Production process of wear-resistant ceramic tubes
1.Powder calcination: Calcine alumina ore powder according to different formulas to obtain calcined α-alumina powder suitable for production;
2.Powder grinding: Grind the calcined α-alumina powder according to the formula to prepare for ceramic powder suitable for molding. Generally, wet ball milling is used;
3.Powder preparation: High-quality powder suitable for green body molding is obtained by spray granulation;
4.Molding: According to the requirements of product design, the high-quality powder after spray granulation is pressed by dry pressing or isostatic pressing to obtain qualified ceramic blocks or ceramic ring green bodies;
5.Sintering: The process of densification of the pressed green body, generally using an electric kiln;
6.Installation: After the sintered ceramics are inspected and qualified, wear-resistant ceramic tubes are made by gluing, spot welding, lining ceramic rings, etc.
